- Firefox 69.0a1(20190521214552)
- Firefox 68.0b3(20190520131124)

[Affected platforms]:
- Win 7 64-bit
- Mac OS X 10.14.1

[Prerequisites]
- Set the preference extensions.htmlaboutaddons.enabled to true and restart the browser

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Navigate to Add-ons Manager (about:addons page)
2. Click on “Plugins”.
3. Click on “More Options” button from “OpenH264...etc”.
4. Observe the “Ask to Activate” menu item.

[Expected results]:
- The menu item to have a lighter color, like in the attached screen to the patch https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D30718#903446

[Actual results]:
- The menu item has the black color.
