Based on the decisions in [this document](https://docs.google.com/document/d/10nR2T6mHicc--8xUAOfjCq-ZyRMBGD4xHgRfGkQVCfs/edit?ts=5cfed176) we would like to migrate all bugs, including RESOLVED and all other statuses, from the `ActivityStreams: Newtab` component to the existing `New Tab Page` component. Following, this migration, we would like to deprecate the `ActivityStreams: Newtab` component. We were hoping to do this on a per-determined date so we could let people on the team know ahead of time, would that be possible? Thanks!
