Well, in a SFU this is different. We are implementing DataChannel in mediasoup (mostly done) and we use a separate DataChannel for receiving data from each different participant, so we may really need much more than 16 channels...

Well, in a SFU this is different. We are implementing DataChannel in mediasoup (mostly done) and we use a separate DataChannel for receiving data from each different participant, so we may really need much more than 16 channels (at least for receiving!).
