Add view count to stories. Counts are based on number of clicks a story gets from new tab. The story count should appear beneath the excerpt or title if there isn't an excerpt.

**Background**
We want to label stories that have crossed an engagement threshold based on their click through rate. To start we’ll be labeling stories that have been recently added as Fresh and stories that achieve a certain level of engagement as Popular. Engagement thresholds and labels will be determined on the backend.

**Background**
