Like in Translate.Current, we should ensure Fluent translations are stored serialized with default Fluent serializer settings. Right now if you submit a translation in Translate.Current and then later somebody else tries to Approve it using the Save button in the Translate.Next, another translation is saved - without the trailing newline.
