The version numbers of Gecko and Firefox are getting increased from 71 to 72 on 2019-10-21. Merges from integration branches (autoland) to mozilla-central will be blocked once the version gets increased on mozilla-central until Bugzilla has support for version 72. The target milestones need a cleanup, put RelMan shall confirm: Milestones <version 70 shall be dropped/hidden? Julien, can you confirm?

The changes shall be made on 2019-10-21 after the last merge from integration trees to central with gecko 71 as version number.
