Hello! I think I managed to find what's triggering this issue and I don't know if this is the expected behavior. I can reproduce this every time by following the next STR: 1. Install Firefox [71.0b5](https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/candidates/71.0b5-candidates/build1/win64/en-US/Firefox%20Setup%2071.0b5.exe) to default location (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox). 2. Open the install folder(C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox) and keep it open. 3. Update Firefox (Hamburger menu -> Help -> About Firefox -> Restart to update). AR: Firefox fails to update. On an isolated network, it seems that at step 2 it needs another subfolder opened to fail (e.g: open C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\defaults) and keep it open. I can't seem to repro this by using the [.zip](https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/candidates/71.0b5-candidates/build1/win64/en-US/firefox-71.0b5.zip) Also attaching the required files.
