I don't think there is bugs in Firefox. Even if there were, the test itself should fix apparent flakiness first so that we will not have to spend redundant time on that (If we fix this intermittent, we will definitely need to fix the apparent flakiness first). And I'd like the test author to fix this. Just curious, if we mark this test as intermittent, we will notice it's no longer intermittent once after it fixed in upstream?
