:olli - this is a new permafailing test observed on linux64 debug builds when run with ubuntu1804 test image (instead of the current ubuntu1604 image). I'm working on migrating the test image to ubuntu1804, and the expected migration date is end of December 2019. I understand it is end of year, but would you have bandwidth to take a look at this? Alternatively, I can mark this as a permafail on ubuntu1804 debug builds for the time being.
