I have verified that the new simplified version of the "about:welcome" page is displayed and respects the mock-up from [comment 3](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1616370#c3), if the `browser.aboutwelcome.enabled` pref is set to `true` and the `browser.aboutwelcome.enabled` one is set to `join-dynamic`, in the "about:config" page.

Verified this using the latest Firefox Nightly (75.0a1 Build ID - 20200304084140) installed on Windows 10 x64, Mac 10.15.2, and Ubuntu 18.04 x64.
