Reproducible on Ubuntu 18.04.

STR:
1. Open a Google doc.
2. Type "asdf".
3. Select the text.
4. Use strikethrough shortcut (Alt+Shift+5).

Expected: text is stroken through.
Actual: text is not stroken through.
