When I try to land this patch I receive:

An unexpected error was received from Phabricator

I tried to import it and this error occurred:

Uninitialized string offset: 0
```
when it tries to apply D81358.

Andre, could you take a look? I also removed the "Check-in Needed" tag from the patch.
