Correct. The bug only occurs as long as compositing is enabled. Changing settings of compositing doesn't help. Only disabling compositing helps. I need to logout and login to Plasma to apply changes.
Nvidia X Server Settings: Forcing "Full Composition Pipeline", disabling "Sync to VBlank", disabling "Allow flipping", disabling "Use Confirmant Texture Clamping" do not help.
