nsCOMPtr.h says

However this link is broken, since everything under xpcom now redirects to [this page](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Tech/XPCOM)
From what I see in the wayback machine this used to point to [Using nsCOMPtr](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Tech/XPCOM/Using_nsCOMPtr).

So I'd just replace one link with the other, so the article is directly linked.
