*Steps to reproduce*
1. Open Firefox and new print preview UI. 
2. Click on More Settings and Select the Scale option.
3. Position the mouse in the middle of the Scale arrows.
4. Press the left click mouse button.

*Expected result*
* Caret is not displayed and nothing happens on click.

*Actual result*
* Caret is displayed and size is increased.

*Regression range*
* I will search for one ASAP.
