**Affected versions**
* WIndows 10, macOS 10.15;

**Affected platforms**
* 85.0a1(2020-12-10)

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Launch Firefox, access a webpage with multiple pages ex: [link](https://getpocket.com/explore/item/the-still-mysterious-death-of-edgar-allan-poe?utm_source=pocket-newtab-intl-en);
2. CTRL+P to trigger the print preview;
3. Press the TAB key until the page slider buttons are selected;

**Expected result**
* focus ring on the button;

**Actual result**
* with the white border, the focus ring appears as if it would have inner padding and not stick to the margin of the button;

**Enhancement suggestions:**
1. drop the white border when TAB selection is on the buttons;
2. white inner-padding for the selected button could be with the same colour as selection focus-ring (making it a 2px blue contour and not affect the visibility as much);

**Regression range**
* First bad: 2020-12-10
* Last good: 2020-12-09;
* Pushlog:
* not a regression, introduced on bug 1654684;

**Additional notes**
* S4 as suggested severity;
* attached screenshot to illustrate the potential issue;
* this is a bit unfortunate as most prints would have the white background and from the distance a user would not see the white border of the buttons only after "studying it".
