**[Affected versions]:**
- Firefox Beta 84.0 (Build ID: 20201210144358)

**[Affected Platforms]:**
- Windows 10
- macOS 10.15
- Linux Mint 20

**[Prerequisites]:**
- Be enrolled in the Treatment branch of one of the TopSites Launch Phase 3 experiments or have the preferences used set. For the US version:
- `browser.search.region` set to `US`
- `browser.search.experiment` set to `amazondotcom-adm`
- `browser.topsites.experiment.ebay-2020-1` set to `true`
- `browser.partnerlink.useAttributionURL` set to `true`
- `browser.topsites.useRemoteSetting` set to `true`

**[Steps to reproduce]:**
1. Open a new tab.
2. Drag the eBay tile from position 2 to position 1 (position of Amazon tile).
3. Drag the Amazon tile from position 1 to position 2 (position of eBay tile).
4. Observe the positions of the Sponsored tiles.

**[Expected result]:**
- All tiles remain in their original positions.

**[Actual result]:**
- Youtube is moved in position 1, eBay remains in position 2 and Amazon is moved to position 3.

**[Notes]:**
- This behavior was the one encountered for the Fx 83 version for both tiles (with Bug 1676169 applying for one of them on 83).
- This issue is not reproducible if attempting to move only one of the tiles over the other (i.e. trying to move eBay on Amazon’s position multiple times or the other way around will just keep them in their initial positions).
- Attached is a [recording](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1pvaKqloXYESKL4Sf-rigieeSF778CEtO/view?usp=sharing) of the issue.
