**Note**
* When the user sets the Dark Theme, navigates in a tab and then clicks and holds the "Go to the previous page" button, he will notice that the displayed drop-down is not respecting the selected Dark Theme.

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Lunch browser.
2. Set the Dark Theme
3. Navigate to a random page in the same tab.
4. Click and hold the "Go back one page" button.

**Expected result**
* expected_behavior1

**Actual result**
* actual_behavior1

**Additional notes**
* This issue also occurs with the drop-down opened from the "Go forward one page" button, "Open e new tab" button and the default context menu.
* This issue does not occur in the case of the "Show history", "Open Web developer tools",   "Show your bookmarks", "Forget about some browser history", "Bookmark this page", "More tools", Show text encoding", "Show tabs from other devices", "Firefox profiler"  buttons or "Hamburger" button
* I am unsure whether this should be logged as a defect or an enhancement so I will be logging it as e defect and if ever necessary, it can be changed.
