Windows 10 Updated Firefox to version 91.0 The huge space between bookmark menu items is back . In 'about:config', all my references to 'proton' are set to 'false', this fixed the problem previously, but obviously something has changed. There are several reports of this design flaw in the Support Forum. Forcing additional unnecessary scrolling helps to increase the risk of RSI and if you already suffer from it then you will need a fix very quickly. I would appreciate some advise on how to fix even if it means using 'userChrome.css' .
