Currently the toggle in the Protections panel [uses Photon colours](https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/a8773ba2a8f015e0525f219a7e55087b04d30258/browser/themes/shared/controlcenter/panel.inc.css#1094-1112) and does not adapt to dark theme. We should use Proton Primary for the toggle. I also noticed that the (i) icon in the panel does not get the Proton focus outline when focused with the keyboard. Fixing that might be a good ridealong for this bug.
