Emil (or anyone who is able to reproduce this), could you try reproducing on these builds?

Note, for anyone attempting to reproduce. It should in theory only reproduce on your *second* run of the build, since the skeleton UI should not show on the first run. So make sure to run firefox.exe, close the window that opens, and then run firefox.exe again.
