Description
Ubuntu & Orca screen reader - Unable to ignore risk in harmfull website

Tested and affects all these Os
Ubuntu 20

Affected
Firefox nightly 92.0a1 affected
Firefox beta 91        affected
Firefox release 90.0.2 affected

Preconditions
have orca installed and running

Steps
-Load http://itisatrap.org/firefox/unwanted.html
-start pressing tab key to reach the "see details" button
-press enter key
-Press tab key


Expected result
screen reader should inform about the "ignore the risk " link so it can be chosen

Actual result
screen reader jumps to "Unwanted Software Policy." link
