[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: Some urgent Firefox Suggest patches we want to uplift to a 92 dot release depend on this bug. This patch adds a string that is exposed to localizers. Bug 1729591 will remove that string so that it is not exposed on 92 and will also need to be uplifted as part of this Firefox Suggest uplift stack.
