Scrollbar is present in "Edit bookmark" panel after landing patch from bug #1725131.

The scrollbar covers some edge part of the right part of "Edit bookmark" panel.

It is worth to mention that resized favicon is visible is top left part of "Edit bookmark" panel.

The regression is caused by:
