The fix works and fixes the bug. I've tested without patch, and I can reproduce the bug here, and with the patch, and I see the plaintext description and the links. Little problem: It fails when I edit the event in the Google web UI. Google warns me before doing that, but when I do, I see HTML source code in TB.
