At the moment in tabbrowser.xml the code for destroying old/dead browsers is duplicated, it appears in 4 different places. Whilst here exploit getNotificationBox helper to remove further duplication.

At the moment in tabbrowser.xml the code for destroying old/dead browsers is duplicated, it appears in 4 different places. Whilst here exploit getNotificationBox helper to remove further duplication. Also fixes a strict JS error.
