I'm not super familiar with SUMO, but it seems like the route we ended up taking is simple enough that it probably doesn't need a new page. I'm guessing it would fit well on [this page](https://support.mozilla.org/kb/change-firefox-behavior-when-open-file), under the `Changing download actions` section. The first sentence of the `"What should Firefox do with this file?" prompt` section also touches on this topic, but I can't really think of a non-confusing way to explain this new pathway into the UCT dialog. Version 101 doesn't show up in the dropdown yet so maybe this has to be added later?
