Update [this default list of regions](https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/browser/app/profile/firefox.js#1897) to include Sweden and Finland ("se", "fi"). Mozilla VPN went live in these coutries on 3/9/22.

Also, investigate setting up notifications when the list of supported regions is updated in Bedrock ([see here](https://github.com/mozilla/bedrock/blob/ecba76406ed35c04d35532c3ed7562b09d65fabe/bedrock/settings/base.py#L1589)).

Confirm if other regions listed in Bedrock should be added, the full list of those on the Bedrock list, but not in the MC pref are: 
`["GG","IM","IO","JE","UK","VG","AS","MP","PR","UM","VI","SE","FI"]`
