**User story**
As a user, I want to be able to rewind PiP video via seek buttons, so I can control the pace of my experience without switching from my primary task.

**Acceptance Criteria**
1. I can rewind a video for a percentage of its total duration via seek forward and backward buttons. 
2. When I click seek forward and backward buttons, seek slider is moved along the seek bar accordingly.
