Waybne - ran the nightly above and problem does reproduce when the parameter is set back to TRUE for the mailnews.show_send_progress

I posted a screen of the version above to confirm this is the expect version show after applying the "nightly"

NOTE: I set the parameter nack to TRUE after installing the nightly before sending an email. As asked before does this parameter need to FALSE to start or should work in TRUE state? If should be FALSE then do I need to test to see if the nightly sets it to TRUE inadvertently, and so cause the problem?
