* **User impact if declined**: Authentication will fail.
* **Fix Landed on Version**: 129
* **Risk to taking this patch**: Low
* **Why is the change risky/not risky? (and alternatives if risky)**: This pref restores firefox's old behavior for authentication which has been deployed for users for a long time.
