I confirmed bug 1942539 has the same regressor. That one is probably easier to diagnose/investigate (and more severe/noticeable) because the rendering is persistently-broken -- it's not just a temporary misrendering like in this bug here.

In any case, though, we've got extremely limited time to address these, since this affects 135 which goes to release-candidate next week and becomes the official release in 12 days based on https://whattrainisitnow.com/ .
