Could you explain the need for this platform renaming? Is this a temporary change? For example, are you planning to remove the `android-hw-p2-8-0-arm7-api-16-pgo/opt` definition from taskcluster/ci/test/test-platforms.yml to the old `android-hw-g5-7-0-arm7-api-16/opt`?
