Would you mind filing that as a separate bug? I'm not sure I fully understand the issue you're reporting (I do see that the two scrollers have different widths but I'm not sure it sounds like you're talking about a different issue than that). It'd be good to have that discussion on a dedicated bug rather than as a side-discussion on this bug, especially if it happens to indicate a bug in our `scrollbar-gutter` implementation.
