The [HTML5test website](http://html5test.com) stopped working. I [created an issue](https://github.com/WebPlatformTest/HTML5test/issues/560) to let Niels Leenheer, the owner of that website, know about that, but the project obviously [hasn't seen any update for more than a year](https://github.com/WebPlatformTest/HTML5test/commits/version-9.0) now.

So I am wondering whether this issue still has any value or whether it should be closed.
