Details

Tables on MozillaZine and Slashdot and other sites are a few pixels off, and
somtimes overlap images.
Basic Tables Debug Demo shows apparently incorrect output for the col span test:
The background flows OUT of the table (I am assuming this is incorrect?).
Simple Tables Debug Demo simply locks up.

Marking worksforme. The background bug was only briefly present while some
changes were made to the painting code. The other two bugs are documented
elsewhere.
