From n.p.m.seamonkey: Hi, i'm using RH6.0 linux and downloaded M7 the other day. It seemed to work alright, until i hit a frame-page. 2 frames (left, right) left frame is a nav/search-bar. no j/js in it. in its header it says <base target="right">. the <a href> work fine, but using <form> failed entirly. all the returning information hit the left frame leaving the right untouched. i also tried NS 4.51 which works _fine_. Today i sucked the mozilla-i686-pc-linux-gnu-M8-fullcircle.tar.gz release but the result is the same. is this a bug ? thx for answers Christoph Bauer

No need to reopen every form submission bug because the form can't submit, I'm opening a new bug on this, as it is happening on lots and lots and lots of forms! I betcha a dollar once this new bug is fixed, base targeting will work. :)

Clicking on the "Netcenter" link in this page also does nothing whereas it worked fine yesterday. The frame to the right appears to not be repainted as it should be.
