The page http://www.bovespa.com.br/ uses frames and an applet to show a graph.
The page is bigger than the screen and no vertical scroll bar is showed, even
when I resize the window to make it smaller.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the page http://www.bovespa.com.br/
2.Resize the window to make it smaller
3.

Actual Results:  You can see no scroll bar is showed

Expected Results:  I expected to see a scroll bar to be able to read all the page.

That page's frameset specifically sets scrolling to "No".  (go to URL and choose
View | Page Source)
