Details

Create a new test website to replace the old Test Pilot one. The purpose of the site should be to introduce basic concepts of Pontoon.

Requirements:
- No server code, just HTML, CSS and JS.
- Use l10n.js or l20n.
- Use GitHub repository.
Also describe advanced features:
- working with projects, pages and resources
- searching and filtering strings
- history, machinery, other locales, search
- plurals
- quality checks
- working with repositories
- downloading
- keyboard shortcuts
