I am unable to mark status ('has-review') on this patch:

possibly because it's the Directory product?
This needs to be tweeked at b.m.o

I'll take this one.  I assume you want the same statuses as the other Products
(has-review, has-super-review, has-approval, needs-work).

Yes, use the same list.  Some product=Directory bugs are being used to track
Mozilla browser issues, so the same approval steps need to be taken.
