Description:
If user mutes microphone while in a call then ends that call without unmuting microphone, all following calls will have microphone muted until user presses microphone mute icon twice (icon does not show as microphone mute being active.)

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Tarako to BuildID: 20140528175422
2) Launch dialer and make outbound call
3) After call is connected mute microphone 
4) End call
5) Recieve inbound call and attempt to talk to second party

Actual:
Microphone is muted until user presses microphone mute icon twice.

Expected:
Microphone mute state is reset when call ends.

Issue does NOT occur on 1.3 Buri

Result: Microphone mute state is reset when call ends.

we have fix this inside sprd.

flashing new modem image is a must to verify the fix.
