User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/35.0.1916.114 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Right before navigating away from a http page to a https page, request a unsecured image.

In my case, I have an unsecured page which has a link to a secured page, on the click action, I assign an unsecured background image. When the page eventually navigates to the next page, I see a warning in the address bar. (Check the attached warning)

This sample will explain the scenario better:
http://goo.gl/RZeWBr

Actual results:

In the next page, Firefox is showing "This website does not supply identity information"

Expected results:

Expect no warning as there is no mixed content in the page. This warning is not appearing in any other browser.

Is this an expected behavior? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

WFM on Fx30.

Please check does this also occurs in https://www.google.com directed access for you, and maybe you can look at the Web Console.
There is no warning when directly accessing https://www.google.com. I double checked in multiple machines windows, Mac, Firefox version 29, 30 - I still get the warning.
Severity: normal → S3
