The MDN wants to pull resources from the WebLitMapper into the Learning Zone they're working on. We need the mapper to mark skill level (e.g. beginner, intermediate, advanced) so they can pull in appropriate resources.

Hmmm... need a term other than 'skill' here as that's the name we've got for the layer underneath the competency grid.

Unless, of course, we name those bullet points 'sub-competencies'? http://webmaker.org/literacy

This could be something we work on as part of the update to v1.5 of the Web Literacy Map. Thoughts?
