Migrate the Messaging APIs to the DataStore APIs.

Please see the roadmap at bug 898364, comment #8 (step #3).

We hope to remove the "threads-related" IndexedDBs from Gecko since the Messaging App will no longer use Messaging APIs to manage threads or search messages (after bug 898364 is done). Then we can strip out the "threads-related" and "search-related" Messaging APIs. Eventually, only partial Messaging APIs specifically related to the messaging purposes will be kept, including send()/sendMMS()/retrieveMMS()... etc.

This is the last step of migrating the threads-related DBs and the search-related logic from Gecko to Gaia.
