STR:
1. Settings > Firefox Accounts
2. Click "Create account or sign in"
3. Try and click the decidedly link-looking "Terms of Service" and "Privacy Notice" links.

Actual results:
Frustration and loathing. And the links don't work either.

Bug 949065 was resolved fixed yesterday, so the master probably did not have the implementation yet.  I will retry today to verify.

The Terms of Service link and Privacy Notice link are both functional in todays Master M/C build. Unable to reproduce the issue.
