Inspired from bug 901114 comment 33, I realized wifi_test.js should mock navigator.mozAlarms in a more garcefully way, due to the error message "Cannot stub non-existent own property mozAlarms" found in the following try-run: https://tbpl.mozilla.org/php/getParsedLog.php?id=41022156&tree=Try
