Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:29.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/29.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20140514164129

Steps to reproduce:

I started the firefox web browser and attempted to update my settings such as my home page, default search engine, and tried to add some browser extensions such as HTTPS everywhere.

Actual results:

The only settings I can access are "clear browsing history" and "clear cookies and stored data." It appears that I have received a stripped down version of firefox that doesn't support browser extensions.

Expected results:

When I purchased a Firefox-OS phone, I expected a full version version of the firefox web browser. I can add browser extensions and update some firefox settings in android yet I can't either of those things in Firefox-OS, which I did not expect. I would like to have as close to a full version of the firefox web browser as possible.
Moving to the browser component. If it's add-ons you're specifically interested in you might also want to follow bug 848647.
