In bug 947531, we attempted to disable test_bug_511615.html for frequent timeouts on Linux, only for the next test in the manifest (test_bug_787624.html) to start timing out instead. Since that points to an underlying problem with these tests and given the lack of attention given to bug 947531, the tests are now being skipped on Linux.

FWIW, working on bug 1372974 and friends, this bug has really made my life difficult as I can't run any tests locally.  :-(

Hmm, this is also important for editor changes. I investigate this for a while...

Looks like that the timeout won't be reproduced anymore. I'll attach a patch.

According to these try pushes, the intermittent timeout has gone by
some other changes.

Only an intermittent failure (bug 1514249) is also reproducible on
Linux (it's enabled only the former try push), but the frequency is
reasonably low since it tests all basic features of autocomplete in
form fields so that it should be available on Linux.
