Details

staging is having disk full problems and therefore collector problems because it is backed with crashes.  Why is it backed up?  It appears likely that Ceph is slow enough that the movers get behind when Ceph is in the list of crashstores after Hbase and rabbit.  

should we remove Ceph from the staging config so that staging can catch up?  Selena says yes...
