Details

Refactor the transaction status tests in zamboni to allow for future tests to be more easily written.
This is a bit vague, could you elaborate in case someone else wanted to work on it?
Extract base methods for creating test fixtures such as inapp products, contributions, as well as for validating a receipt contribution pair.  This will allow tests that depend on generating multiple inapp products or contributions, as well as validating multiple receipts, to be more easily created.
